Sofnest paper wool nesting material is made entirely from natural fibres. It is safe, hygienic and superior quality nesting material. It is extremely soft to touch. It is absorbent but does not break up. However, it is easy to tear. It is ideal nesting material for small animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, rats etc etc. Unlike other brands, Sofnest comes to you with most of the shredded pieces already separated.
There are three variants of Sofnest nesting material.
The first one is Sofnest Standard. This is Sofnest paper wool in shredded form with typical pieces being 150-180 mm long with some longer and some shorter pieces.
The second variant is Sofnest Flakes. This is Sofnest paper wool in form of flakes. this is much finer than Sofnest Standard.
The third variant is Sofnest Paper Flakes. This is flakes of unprinted paper. The paper is same as newspaper paper but without any print. This is soft, absorbent, warm material.
